The predecessor of CNPC Materials Procurement Information Technology Co., Ltd is PetroChina Hutchison Information Technology Co., Ltd, which was established in 2001. The current shareholders are China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and PetroChina Company Limited (PetroChina). The Company mainly dedicates in the operating and maintaining of EnergyAhead, the information platform of China petroleum material procurement. The Company supports CNPC central procurement business and provides market analysis services. It has the capability of developing and deploying enterprise info system, back system integration, acting as intermediate for consulting services and logistic services and providing other value-added services.
