1.Member Privacy
The Company pledges to keep strictly confidential of all information received from members on member information as well as the information in relevance to trading between members, and ensures the safety and security of the information at highest level in accordance to the regulations stipulated in the Member Agreement.

We ensure and agree that without written approvals of a member, we shall not sell, trade, rent, publish or share with any third party including advertising companies, organizations or other members on any information owned by a registered member of the Site, which is in relevance to member information and information on trading with other members.

Exceptions apply under the following specific circumstances:
a. Information required to be released to the party with whom a member conducts or intends to conduct trading.
b. Information required to be released according to laws, administration regulations or other regulated documents stipulated by the Government.
c. Information required to be released according to requests from legal institutions, justice institutions, arbitration organizations or relevant Government Agencies, or according to our professional legal judgment based on the honesty and trust principles, provided that we shall inform the concerned member on the situation immediately.
d. Information on members or clients which are not received from the Site and available to the general public. e. Information released in order to correct the wrong or misleading information according to the honesty and trust principles, or information released to correct the misconducts recognized by us to be manipulative or fraudulent.

The Company retains the right to mention the company names of the members publicly.
In addition, The Company announces the activities of the Site both internally and publicly, uses generalized trading information, but does not reveal the identities of trading members, nor include any statements on member identities explicitly or implicitly.
The Company retains the right to use the property right of the Site in accordance to the Terms of Use and relevant regulations stipulated in the Member Agreement of Energyahead website.

2. Computer Information
When a member registers at the Site, The Company shall automatically record the member's original server IP address and the name of its host server (if available). An IP address can be used to identify the user's computer, but shall not disclose any private information of the user. The information can help The Company to check on problems of a server, and collect broad and secret statistical information on the number of users to learn about the information on how users use the Site, and to conduct improvement for specific purposes.

3. Security
The Site is equipped with security measures to protect the information under its control from losses, being misused, or being changed, which include the protection of firewalls, password encryptions and entrance restrictions on the system server. However, such measures shall not guarantee an absolute safety to avoid the losses, voids or changes of information under all circumstances. We advise users and members to remain cautious and adequate attention while using the Site.
