由于一些原因无法从控制面板添加/删除程序卸载Norton AntiVirus 企业版 7.5 and 7.6 for
Windows NT/2000 服务器，需要手工卸载
需要从系统删除下列项
• 注册表
• 开始菜单
• 文件和文件夹
停止下列服务
• DefWatch
• Intel Alert Handler
• Intel Originator
• Intel File Transfer
• Intel PDS
• Norton AntiVirus Server
以管理员登录，从“开始”进入“运行”，输入regedit命令启动注册表编辑器，删除如下注册表项
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\Shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\LDVPMenu
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus NT
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services的下列项
o DefWatch
o Intel Alert Handler
o Intel Alert Originator
o Intel File Transfer
o Intel PDS
o NAVAP
o NAVAPEL
o NAVENG
o NAVEX15
o Norton AntiVirus 服务器
注：如果 Norton AntiVirus 是安装在本机上的仅有的 Symantec 程序则删除SymEvent项

o Defwatch

o Intel Alert Originator
o Intel AMS II

注意： 不能删除Intel文件夹，其他的软件和硬件需要使用该文件下面的键值

在右窗格中删除 "Value" (Windows NT) 或 Name (Windows 2000) 的"S-1-5-18"="C:\\WINNT\\Installer\\ce04c.msi"
注： msi 文件的名字将会变化
删除下列项 {D6C64C68-F9F5-11D3-BEEA-00A0CC272509}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run，在右窗格中删除 "Value" (Windows NT) 或 Name (Windows 2000) 的Vptray
HKEY_USERS\Default\Software\Intel\LANDesk\VirusProtect6
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1960408961-436374069-1060284298-1001\Software\INTEL\LANDesk\VirusProtect6
关闭注册表编辑器后，重启系统。然后从硬盘和开始菜单中删除Norton AntiVirus ：
1. 在Windows任务条上，右键点击“开始”，点击“打开所有用户：
2. 双击“程序“
3. 右键点机“Norton AntiVirus 企业版”文件夹然后删除
4. 在资源管理器中删除下列文件夹
C:\Program Files\NAVNT(或NAV)
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\VirusDefs
