由于一些原因无法从控制面板添加/删除程序卸载Norton AntiVirus 企业版 7.5 and 7.6 for Windows NT/2000 客户端，需要手工卸载

　　需要从系统删除下列项
　　 • 注册表
　　 • 开始菜单
　　 • 文件和文件夹

　　 停止Norton AntiVirus Client 和 Defwatch 服务

　　 以管理员登录，从“开始”进入“运行”，输入regedit命令启动注册表编辑器，删除如下注册表项：
　　 HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\Shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\LDVPMenu项
　　 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services 的
　　　　 Defwatch
　　　　 NAVAP
　　　　 NAVAPEL
　　　　 NAVENG
　　　　 NAVEX15
　　　　 Norton AntiVirus Client
　　　　 Norton AntiVirus Server
　　 如果 Norton AntiVirus是仅有的Symantec产品则删除 SymEvent 项
　　 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\Application\Norton AntiVirus
　　 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\INTEL\DLLUsage\VP6
　　 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\INTEL\LANDesk\VirusProtect6
　　 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Symantec\InstalledApps 的
　　 VP6TempID
　　 VP6ClientInstalled
　　 NAVCEClientNumber
　　 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{BD12EB47-DBDF-11D3-BEEA-00A0CC272509}
　　 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\vptray
　　 HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Intel\LANDesk\VirusProtect6

　　重启系统

　　 从开始菜单中清除NAVCE
　　 1. 右键点击“开始”按钮，然后点击“打开所有用户”
　　 2. 双击“程序”
　　 3. 右键点击Norton AntiVirus 企业版文件夹，然后点击“删除”

　　删除文件和文件夹，删除下列文件夹

　　 \Program Files\NAVNT （或 NAV）
　　 对NT为\WINNT\Profiles\All Users\Application Data 文件夹下，对 Windows 2000为\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data  文件夹下，如果Norton AntiVirus CE 7.5 或 7.6 是仅有的 Symantec 产品则删除 Symantec 文件夹，否则，删除“Norton AntiVirus 企业版”文件夹
